We are a new restaurant in a familiar space serving up hand-cut steaks, dry aged on site in our own Himalayan salt aging room. We are crafting cocktails from the finest spirits and fresh squeezed juices and baking all of our breads and desserts on site in our in-house bakery. We are bringing an elevated spin to traditional Texas Fare. Our notable wine list is value-priced every day, with Half Priced bottles of wine every Wednesday.

Great music and food. Atmosphere nice yet not too loud.
2 trips here and we have been disappointed both times. 1st was dinner...slow and none of the food came out at temperature. Brunch was better, but in both cases the service was lack luster. There is no energy from the staff and you could sense that no one wanted to be there. I love supporting Old Town merchants so we will go again and hope there is improvement yet to come.

The atmosphere is rustic and upscale at the same time. Delicious dry aged steak 🥩 Morgan was a fantastic waitress.
