These guys meet the classic, unscrupulous reputation that the construction industry is most known for. Assets in another name? Check. Claims made in court by more than 17 different plaintiffs plus the state? Check. Not sure how someone with this kind of track record and the ethical equivalent of a dumpster can remain in business.
Do not recommend. J2 installed a Navian tankless hot water heater and, due to the installation, its been nothing but problems ever since. For starters, the installer didnt use copper fittings which caused a gas leak in our house and National Grid had to cut our gas off. We have another plumber fixing their mistakes. Do not recommend.
Excellent service from this crew. They installed a new water heater for us, which turned out to be defective. We called about the problem and a crew member came out the same day. We had a replacement installed a day later, no fuss, no drama. Very professional and efficient. We now have a new favorite plumber.
Had a furnace serviced/cleaning done and the technician broke the gas valve then extorted me for $438 to replace it. I had no choice with the cold weather, could not leave my family without heat. I watched him remove the burners and the flame sensor, tap and flip on/off some Switches pull on wires and vacuum the inside then put it back together. In the process of him pulling out and putting back in the wires he broke the gas valve which was working just fine when he started working on the unit. He had zero remorse for breaki... read more
