Worst service. First she shaped my finger nails wrong, then during the manicure she did not ask me to wash my hands before polish and at the end no hot towel and no cream. For pedicure their polish did not dry so I went back in n asked to remove the polish. It was the manager too lol. She did not apologize and did not ask to fix the nails that was ruined. Never going back here again! Awesome service lol

Rachel at J1 Nails is incredible. She’s thorough, and you can tell she really cares about her clients and her work. My nails always turn out exactly how I want them, and the retention here is AMAZING. I keep coming back because my sets last so long without lifting or chipping. The salon is always clean, professional, and welcoming. It’s such a good vibe every time I go. Highly recommend Rachel and J1 Nails if you want beautiful nails that actually last!
