Wow, what a nice roof we now have! The old roof was about 15 years old and sustained hail damage (Ark). The USAA adjusters were quick to deem a new roof due to severe weather. When I started researching for a roofing contractor, I got dizzy. There are literally hundreds of roofing contractors in Central Arkansas... some a bit shady and others are good... J&Z was awesome! Good customer service from the very beginning. Information was given clearly. The roof looks great.

The were professional in the execution of the work, and they removed all the debris.
The entire process was seamless from the salespeople to the roofers.
They look good ans match the house.It hasn't rained yet so I don't know how they work yet.
Smoked on the job leaving butts in the yard

I am sorry for the issue with the workers leaving cigarette butts in the yard. This is contrary to our procedures and will not be tolerated. Our ratings are of utmost importance to us and we cannot afford for our workers to harm our reputation. The men that were on your project are good men but they have been dismissed from employment for violating our procedures while at your home. Again, I apologize for the cigarette butts being left in your yard.
Overall service was very good, very quick. Job was done 2 days after hiring them. clean up was excellent. The two guys looked like they were homeless, one truck was barely running and they smoked constantly. After getting to know them, they were just fine and would welcome them back. Just clean them up.
