Update: 3/16/26 - I took my car to J&Z’s new location on Higgins in Elk Grove Village because of a noise I was hearing. Once again, they quickly found the problems, and took the time to explain it to me. The repairs were done and the price was very reasonable considering what needed to be fixed. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning for a muffler delete and it sat there all day and they ended up not doing it and they didn’t contact me at all. poor service wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
I don't trust any mechanic. Honestly, only the one and the few that I know. But I was recommended to jZ garage by someone I know. So I figured I'd give or try. He overcharged me to replace the battery and overcharge me for oil change. Total of $512 rigor pliest, I ask around after I take my car the next day. The price Oil change and new battery barely wasn't $400 or less, very bad start. Just like anybody else, they just want your money, not a good service.
