Called in on a Thursday or Friday, they were able to squeeze me in the following Monday morning. Greatly appreciated that. Very nice and polite gentlemen on the phone who I spoke with. Martin ( I believe his name was) came out, did a fantastic job fixing my garage door and answered any questions I had and was in and out within an hour. Price was very reasonable. Thank you guys!
We have been using JW’s for years and years and have always been happy with their service! Recently we had Kurt come out as we needed to add a safety sensor eye to our garage because of our dog, and he tried but our set up on the one door was too old (1991) so he had to replace whole door mechanism, which was just as well as he noted major wear and tear on another part. Best group ever. Called and left a message on 2/4/25 and they returned my call within 30 minutes. Told me up front it may be first of next week and told him no problem opening it manually right now. Very happy when they called me this morning 2/6/25 just 2 days after calling them. Kurt and Ed showed up early afternoon, found the issue and fixed it. I can’t say enough good things about this crew.
