JW is the greatest! They have gotten us out of so many issues. Just today I came home from the grocery store & the garage door belt snapped. Called in & spoke to Kent AKA, SUPERMAN who was very pleasant & stated he would get to us maybe not the same day but the next. I left again for approximately 30 minutes & when I arrived back home, Kurt was already almost finished repairing our garage cable. Called in on a Thursday or Friday, they were able to squeeze me in the following Monday morning. Greatly appreciated that. Very nice and polite gentlemen on the phone who I spoke with. Martin ( I believe his name was) came out, did a fantastic job fixing my garage door and answered any questions I had and was in and out within an hour. Price was very reasonable. Thank you guys!
