Pricing is always reasonable and fair, and Rick is totally honest and transparent about everything and is willing to answer questions to keep you informed. Never any pressure to upsell or provide parts or services that aren't necessary. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Steve was very helpful after a bird was found in the furnace motor. Another company told my mom, she had to replace the furnace, but Steve had it back up and running in 20 minutes. Honesty wins a new customer! Thank you!

After getting HVAC quotes from several other places, we settled on J. Werner to replace our furnace and air conditioner. We appreciated the low-pressure evaluation and quote process. The installations were done professionally and they took the time to make sure we knew how to properly operate and care for our new systems. We are very glad we chose to go with J. Werner!

I built my house 8 years ago. JWerner installed my system. I had issues with AC last year (2022) I called them and I felt like I was bothering them when I asked they come out to look. They were very rude. So I went with another company. They fixed it. Now I have the same problem this year. Come to find out, JWerner installed the wrong equipment for my home!!!
