After getting HVAC quotes from several other places, we settled on J. Werner to replace our furnace and air conditioner. We appreciated the low-pressure evaluation and quote process. The installations were done professionally and they took the time to make sure we knew how to properly operate and care for our new systems. We are very glad we chose to go with J. Werner!
I built my house 8 years ago. JWerner installed my system. I had issues with AC last year (2022) I called them and I felt like I was bothering them when I asked they come out to look. They were very rude. So I went with another company. They fixed it. Now I have the same problem this year. Come to find out, JWerner installed the wrong equipment for my home!!! I called for a second opinion as a new customer. Another furnace company told me we needed a brand new furnace and offered 3 different repair bills ranging from $475-$1000. Said not really worth fixing, invest in a new one. I am so so glad I went with my gut and called J. Werner Heating. Tech was in and out in maybe 20 min. Repaired the problem.
