Great employees, if you can get them to your home. Called June 10th, and the incredibly rude woman answering the phone made it perfectly clear that they are busy and the first appointment was 10 am today, July 2nd. Canceled a vacation for this service call. It’s now noon, and they aren’t here. Called them up, and the evil winch on the phone went from “you don’t have an appointment” to “we must have called and told you to reschedule”. Bought a house in December and was told by an inspector and AC Profession that our unit was dead. Needed a new one. We just had a J Werner tech out who fixed the unit within an hour. Tested everything and now we have working ac! Just in time for the heat. He was professional and the cost was excellent. Very pleased. Thank you! Definitley recommend!

I have used J Werner Heating, Inc. for many years now, and have always been pleased with their services. Pricing is always reasonable and fair, and Rick is totally honest and transparent about everything and is willing to answer questions to keep you informed. Never any pressure to upsell or provide parts or services that aren't necessary. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
