SUBS STAY AWAY. Funny thing happened, I was included a email thread of a bid invite. We had already had the very unfortunately experience of dealing with this contractor and I was very clear that I would not build as much as a dog house for him again. It seems I was not the only sub that felt that way, it was a very funny thread, good luck finding subs.
