I have always liked the receptionist at the front desk at the ofc in Wilson and even the repair man that has come to do repairs.
I will be vacating the Candlewood apartment complex. My stay has been pleasant in the area and I would highly recommend your residential opportunity to anyone. Thank you so much for your services.
My husband and I were relocating to the Wilson are and were in need of housing. We searched several rental agencies around the Wilson/ Goldsboro area. We actually came upon this agency by chance when we were leaving another rental agency. The receptionist was more than willing to assist us. We viewed apartments and put in our application the same day. We were notified that our application was accepted the very next day!
I have a few complaints about JW Hunter. We live in an apartment building in the Barton College area and this building is a little old. There are 5 units in the building including the one I currently live in. All of the other apartments have been renovated in the last year and our apt. has not been renovated in over 6 years. Things have been falling apart. We have had mold in our bathroom that was only painted over and not scraped off. I am writing to tell you how much I love my apartment and the Windsor Creek community. You have done such a wonderful job, and your staff (Meg, David, Tac, ect.) are always kind, professional, and responsive to request!
I have thoroughly enjoyed living at 7647-102 Gresham Hills Dr. The staff has been very professional and everything was fixed in a timely matter! I would recommend this company to all my friends and family to rent/lease from this company, J.W. Hunter Company. Thank you for everything and allowing me to live here and hope if I need housing again I would lease over and over again!

After 4 years of living in the safe, comfortable environment within the great community of Hunter's Park we will be vacating the premises at the end of June. We have truly enjoyed our stay and the community environment we found with JW Hunter. Thank you for all your time, help and consideration during our stay, it is a place we will truly miss.
I wanted to say thank you for the kindness you showed my son & his roommates a few weeks ago. My son is a sophomore at Barton & was renting from Hunter Construction. Their house on Fairfax was broken into twice in the same week. As a Mom, I did not want him to jeopardize his safety and wanted him to move. We really appreciate you releasing the boys from their lease. They were already upset and that was a positive. We will be sure to use you all first if they rent again.
