It's been almost a year since they installed my carpet, so I had them out to look at the stair wrapping and how sloppy it was. I noticed it right after they installed it, but thought maybe the carpet need to relax or something. Then I also noticed that, even though I told them the top three steps felt slanted and wanted to see if they could be built up, the installer said it was just the old padding, they'll be fine. J W Floor Covering did an incredible job installing luxury vinyl plank in our foyer and kitchen. Jovanni and his crew laid the planks, MDF Quarter Round trim and Molding (transfer strips) in about three hours, including cleanup. We have no complaints and are amazed at how much better our floors look.
