William is one of the best and professional Technicians I have ever worked in my many years as a Service Manger and Automotive Manager.
I wish all mechanics were this nice and took care of the clients as well. I happily recommend William to my friends and family for their automotive repair needs.
William and his team are professional and kind; their dedication and skill is easy to recognize. After having brought my vehicle to numerous shops that failed to isolate the problems, I drove away from J&W with a fully repaired vehicle! There is a security in knowing that such a capable shop exists in town.

These folks are great. Had a complete engine replacement and they were on it every step of the way. I can't stop recommending them to folks. I was always kept informed and as decisions had to be made they explained everything including my options.
