RecommendedThe service here is top notch. They stand by their work and if you have problems relating to a repair that was previously done they have no problems taking it in and seeing whats up. They have no problem fixing it if a newly replaced part fails. I recently had an issue with my car not starting and had to have it towed to them. I just want to thank Emily and Everyone at J&W for being so courteous and helpful not to mention honest (which is rare these days) and I really appreciate all that you did for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment and even though it is almost an hour drive for me, I will DEFINITELY be back!!!
They are honest, caring and knowledgeable. After 51/2 years living down here, I have finally found a go-to mechanic for my aging Subaru.
Had a problem with my air conditioning this summer although it was fairly major it was repaired quickly and have had no further trouble with it.

I have used SEVERAL auto mechanic shops in Pittsboro over the years, and tried J&W as a last ditch effort for reasonably priced repairs, truth, & not being treated like a "dumb blonde". Check, check, & check! They are honest, true to their estimates, & helpful when diagnosing both issues & timeframes to get the repair done. I trust them to take care of our vehicles.
The crew at J&W are awesome! They can work on anything and make it purrr! From my Audi A5 to my Audi Q5 to my Vespa! Love them!!!!
