I have used Johnny several times in the past and have referred him to many others. this time we paid him $200 to fix our dryer and it is not fixed, he did not even care to come back out to make sure it is working. Very disappointed and will not use him again and have passed on to the other to never use him again.
Mr. John has saved so many of my appliances. He was also able to completely re-wire my nearly antique harvest gold range top I love so much. The list of things repaired in my older home continues to grow. Mr. John is at the top of my call list.
Excellent work. I called JW Appliance to repair an issue with my parents Kenmore Dryer. They arrived quickly, and replaced the thermostat. At that time they advised that the exhaust hose needed to be cleaned, and I set a reminder for the following week to get that done for my elderly parents. The next day (Saturday), the dryer wasn't working and I placed a follow up call. DO NOT USE! He had no clue what he was doing. Could only move my frig out from the wall 6 inches. He never check condenser coils. Lied to me about checking the coolant levels, when I asked what the psi was on the Freon level he could not tell me. Just kept stating he would be back tomorrow with computer board. Then still expected me to pay the $69 fee even though he had not done a single thing to the refrigerator! And it might be the computer board?? My refrigerator stopped working late last night. In a panic I called JW Appliances first thing in the morning. I knew nothing about the company. I saw a good YP review and, not knowing who else to call, took a chance. They came out with only a couple of hours notice and had my 12 year old refrigerator running like new. Great service! Friendly and fast! Icemaker broke and he replaced the motor in about 15 mins! Will definitely call again!
Excellent! Dryer heating element went out in the middle of laundry day. The gentleman was able to come within an hour and took care of the dryer at a resonable price. I would call them again if needed and definitely would recommend. Thank you!
I would give him less than one star if I could. He is rude and unprofessional. He attempts cosmetic repairs by slamming things shut. Horrible horrible service. NEVER USE THEM.
They've made several repairs for us over the years, and I'm pleased with the service. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
