This place is always dirty and disorganized. The elevators barely work, and when they do, they smell like urine. I had to take the stairs because the elevators were broken, and I found needles, condoms, drugs, and feces in the stairwell. The security guards seem completely unaware of what’s going on around the property, and management is a complete joke. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone to address concerns, and when you finally do, they brush everything off. I would not recommend moving into this apartment ... read more
The Security guards are the worst. I visited the building to drop off a money order and the security guard saw me walked away and went to sit in the booth. She ignored me as I knocked on the door another guard let me in and she never asked may I help the guard who let me in did. Residents dont have access to the building and have to wait for a resident to let them in meaning their sitting there hoping someone comes out so they can get in the building. This is the worst apartment building I have ever been to my daughter lives here. The security is unprofessional they don’t do there job the go in you apartment when your not home. Let people in your apartment when you are not home. Property management don’t do anything Kim don’t even have a number if something happens Diane don’t answer the phone and they lie on the residents.
