I went in for my appointment, and asked for an adjustment to relieve the pain in my neck and leg. He proceeded to give me an elementary lecture on the origin of pain and the benefits of vitamin C for a good part of an hour. He snapped my neck for about 2 seconds, and continued to do a muscle strength test repeatedly on my right arm until my arm was extremely sore. I left feeling worse than I came in.

Was the waiting area spacious enough? Totally Did this provider seem knowledgeable and competent? Definitely Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Somewhat, but not very thoroughly Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? No, they completely ignored it Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed

Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Not at all. I had know idea if they thought I was making progress or not Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? I came to Dr Astle as a last resort before back surgery. I left feeling better than I had in a long time. Dr. Astle explained why it felt like I had been walking on a bunched up sock and had tingling in my feet for the past 8 years. He is currently correcting this. His staff, including two massage therapists, are professional, caring, and personable. A massage on the affected area before hand helps you get the best adjustment. We are very fortunate to have Dr. Astle in our community.
