Had windows installed, took longer than quoted for them to get made at the factory. We had to call a couple of times to find out when they would be done. The when they came to install the windows one was ordered wrong. It has been over 2 weeks and there has been no follow up from either the salesmen or a customer service person. Two weeks ago Brok, Cayden and Dillon came out and replaced all our windows. They were professional, friendly and informative. They came out at 8:30 in the morning and left shortly before 6:00 that night. They got all of our windows done and did a great job of cleaning up. I absolutely love our new windows and would definitely recommend JTech. Thanks guys and thanks Jordan for being a great salesman.
I paid to have 16 windows installed. All of them are not sealed properly and have terrible wrap jobs. I got triple paned windows and it sounds like some of them are open. My suspicion is that they did not use any foam, similar to another review. I'm not sure what would possess someone to cheap out on foam, which makes you wonder what other corners were cut. J-tech is the best construction place for your home. They fought with my insurance company to replace what needed to be replaced due to weather and made it happen for us in a great amount of time. Thank you Sheena and Alex for going the next mile for us!
Their work is shoddy. They lie to your face, then get mad when you call them out on their sub-standard work. I told Jason (the owner) that the decking material and railing for our deck were wrong. I asked why, in the 3 weeks it sat in my front yard, no one bothered to check to see if it was correct. His answer stunned me. "Why didn't YOU double-check?" ...um, because I hired you so I wouldn't have to do it. Their framers are garbage. My deck has more waves than a beach. They won't fix it.
