Very professional honest and good work
I had called into my home warranty company for a PreSeason Tune Up. David and Taurus came out, did the tune up and found I needed some additional repairs due to the age of my unit, 2006. David came back to complete the rest of the work. Very professional, time efficient, and I am glad he did the work! The middle of summer is no time for A/C issues. Thank you David for your expertise and for explaining and showing me the repairs needed.

Went through home warranty. Took over a month to get fixed. First guy could not fix it and then said for an extra 250 he would clean it out as it was very dirty (ac/heating unit). When the third guy came out and fixed it (it had a short too which I believe the first guy caused) when asked if it needed to be cleaned he said no. Kevin was courteous, professional , easy to understand. Despite a very long day and arriving around 5:30 pm, he got right to work, diagnosed the problem, informed me of the condition of the heating unit, walked me through on resetting thermostat. He also measured every register in the house to get the desired output. I had a glitch with my service order through Old Republic, but I am glad they sent JT temperature with a very proficient employee, Kevin, and resolved the problem.
