We had an extremely negative experience with this company. When our A/C stopped working, they installed a brand-new outdoor and rooftop unit. Less than a month later, in the middle of the Las Vegas summer heat, water started leaking from the ceiling—first upstairs, then downstairs. When I went up to the roof, I saw water pouring directly from the A/C unit, even though such systems are supposed to have a shut-off valve if water accumulates. Great experience with this company. Scheduling was easy and informative with Mia. David our tech communicated well before arriving and was polite and friendly. He quickly diagnosed then fixed the problem. He answered all of my questions and explained everything through the process. Before leaving he tested the temperatures and confirmed the system was working properly. I highly recommend this company and technician.
Very professional honest and good work
I had called into my home warranty company for a PreSeason Tune Up. David and Taurus came out, did the tune up and found I needed some additional repairs due to the age of my unit, 2006. David came back to complete the rest of the work. Very professional, time efficient, and I am glad he did the work! The middle of summer is no time for A/C issues. Thank you David for your expertise and for explaining and showing me the repairs needed.
