I work nearby and ride by the empty plot on NW 150th everyday. I had the displeasure to hear about Kenzie's malicious and money hungry actions taken against the soon-to-be designated wetland natural resource. To circumvent the designation, they cut down all the trees that were accessible to them before it was official. This caused the wetland to no longer be considered for the title.
