Inspection report is well done, but when I asked if there was anything of concern the inspector said no. Turns out the two air conditioning units are 20+ years old, upstairs tub doesn't drain properly and patio GFI outlet is dead. These seem like standard things to check or mention.
Do not trust this guy to do anything. He inspected our house and missed major things that are now costing us. Every contractor has told us a competent inspector would have found these errors. Don’t let them fool you with the different addresses and phone numbers, this is one guys scam.
I’m writing this review to share the unfortunate experience I had. I was referred to JT inspections in 2021 by the realtor I was using at the time when I was purchasing my townhome. During my home inspection, it was documented on my 4 point that the home had copper plumbing. A few months ago, I started the process of selling my home and was informed that the home did not have copper plumbing, but in fact had polybutylene, which made my home nearly impossible to sell. SHADY SHADY SHADY! First I would like to state that everything I’m about to state I have proof from my ring doorbell…. This company falsifies their inspections to the fullest.
