I have NEVER experienced such rude customer service in a clothing store before in my life. You'd think they were giving you clothes for free the way you are treated here. I have shopped in stores From Rodeo Drive to Mayfair in London and I have never encountered this! My mom and I were spending a lovely day together and I brought her here for shopping. I love this consignment boutique, it seriously is a hidden gem in Dilworth! They have everything from clothing to shoes and accessories PLUS there is something for every price range. All the girls are really nice and accommodating and unlike a lot of other boutiques I've been to make you feel like you're part of the "club" so to speak. I'll definitely be going back time and time again!
Amazing Boutique and Owner – JT Posh and its owner Jen Popieniek are amazing. I popped in the Friday after Thanksgiving and bought a Theory blazer, Ugg shearling boots, vintage necklace and earrings, Micheal Kors hoodie, Milly sheath dress, and Laundry hobo purse - all for $388. I was incredulous and kept asking Jen if she was sure she totaled all my purchases. Jen even sold me the Ugg boots (orignally priced at $480) for $79 which she orginially had at $99. Found my new favorite store!!!! – Went in to JT Posh for the first time today and it definitely won't be the last!!! They have THE BEST selection of designer jeans around! Got a pair of Sevens for only $59 and they were in perfect condition! Also, nicest looking consignment shop I've ever been in...looked like I was in a boutique. Plus the girls working there couldn't have been nicer. Will probably make this a once a week stop!
Rude owners – The owners are extremely rude, especially to those trying to sell their clothes to them. I've given them a lot of clothes, but refuse to go back, because they were so rude.
I frequent jt posh--good clothes, but prices aren't great. You have to hit the sales there. I have seen last season's clothes in there, gently used, for more than they cost at the end of the season sales at Southpark! A friend bought a pair of pants there that she loved--new with tags, only to get home and look up the label and find that she could have ordered them online for 1/3 of the price they were in jt posh!
The previous review of one star is ridiculous!!!! This consignment boutique is definitely the best one I've ever visited. The store actually looks like a boutique instead of the others in Charlotte that actually look like a second hand store. They have tons of items with the original tags still on them, and a huge selection of my fave...designer jeans!!!! The girls working have always been very sweet and helpful, and I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone!!!!
Best consignment in Charlotte – On my first trip to this consignment store I felt like I was walking into an upscale local Dilworth boutique, not a consignment store. Everything is displayed so nicely, not stuffed and jammed in like other consignment shops I've visited. The brands they carry are all the ones I would visit boutiques for, and they have a HUGE selection of designer jeans!!!
