Outstanding service! Returns calls promptly, very courteous, honest, and fair. Our AC went down Monday morning, with 3 small boys we needed to act fast. Some companies that we called didn't bother to return our phone call, some quoted astronomical fees, others tried to sell us parts that we didn't need. After dealing with another HVAC company that has been trying to fix my Carrier Infinity heat pump for MONTHS...and spending a fortune in electric bills while they couldn't fix it, my property manager called JT Mechanical, and within 2 hours, it was fixed. Their technician, David O. was on time, very professional, and obviously knew what he was doing. He got everything up and running, explained to me what the problem was and showed me how to operate my new (fancy) thermostat. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
I can't say enough about this company. My mother has been using them since I was younger and I was thankful when I bought my first house they were there when I called them. Not only were they respectful of not getting dirt in my house and cleaning up after themselves. They explain in detail what the problem is and how to fix it. They were amazingly sweet with my children and dog. I recommend them to anyone who is in need or has a problem with their hvac.
What a sorry excuse for a local business. It's day 5 and I'm still waiting for a/c to be fixed. Told me they would put me on a waiting list because they didn't have any any open appointments after numerous calls trying to get trying to get through to to somebody. Called again on day 3, was told was told someone would come out, and they never showed up Was told today that they needed to hear from my landlord.....geez why wouldn't they tell me that days ago????
