Best place in the Midwest to buy any gun or the like. They sell ya what ya need and fill you in on any info that's handy. 5 star all the way.
First time in the store and I want to comment on the customer service I saw given to another customer. She was curious about buying a weapon for her own home defense and knew nothing but was asking all the right questions. Instead of the clerk selling her whatever, he gave her contact info for a lady that provides CCW training and told her to ask those same questions, bring a friend to make yourself comfortable in that environment, and to shoot as many different handguns as she could before she chose what fit her, then he wo... read more
I had not done business in the store before but arranged for them to handle a transfer and could not have been more pleased. Extremely reasonable transfer fee and a great business builder; I will be back to purchase in-store. Prices very reasonable, staff very helpful. Obviously popular, the shop was very busy both times I was there. Shop is well lit, organized and clean.
Place was awesome. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Place was very busy but staff still took a few minutes to answer my questions didnt try to hard sell me and order my first pistol had it within 24 hrs. My new favorite place.
Great place to buy & great people to work with highly recommend!
