The clinic was welcoming, the staff were attentive, and the doctor was nice.
From the greeting at the front desk to the interaction with care providers, Every single staff member has one goal in mind: make the patient feel safe, well cared for and happy with their dental care. In my view, they achieve the goal every time I visit. All my questions are answered, the coverage of my care is explained and I am never in doubt or surprised by anything. Even though I live almost an hour away, I will continue to make J Street Dental my home. Christina

The staff are very friendly and always make sure I understand the plan and service I'm receiving.
Unfortunate visit today where I was ushered out due to a lack of time. My new insurance was sent at the beginning of the year and they had yet to process the amount I would be paying, so they spent my appointment time doing that and I had to return the following day. Not too many “I’m sorry’s” either. Miffed.
