I recommend everyone to Staples when looking for an engagement ring or wedding bands. My husband got my rings from there and his wedding band and they were exactly what we wanted. They created my ring by taking parts from other rings and piecing it all together. I am still in love with my ring almost 3 years later and get so many compliments on my ring all the time. The owner and the staff there are the best in town and will work together with you to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Gave them my 30 year old baby bracelet that had my initials and vintage detailing to be turned into a necklace. When I went to pick it up they had buffed everything off of it. They tried to fix it by re-creating it but it doesn't look the same. The initials are too big and bleed into the detailing. Overall I was very upset by the experience and won't be returning.

When my wife and I were planning our wedding, we looked at a few stores for wedding bands and then came to Staples. The staff were all so sweet and knowledgeable. Peggy custom created my wedding band to fit in my obsession with Star Wars. She hand fabricated a wax mold then with my approval and fitting, went on to cast the ring.
