My a/c went out and since the unit was old I needed to replace not only the outside unit, but also the inside unit. I called J and Sons and Juan had someone at my house within an hour. Raul arrived quickly and checked the entire system and gave me honest and detailed information about what my options were. He didn't try to pressure me into purchasing anything. This company came over when our ac stopped cooling and was able to get it up and running without replacing the evap coil. Thank so much for saving us so much money! Will recommend u to my parents!

This company sent CHILDREN to repair my mom’s AC. They had no clue what they were doing. They kept calling the “big boss” for help. Showed up to the house with shirts off, no company name or information. They were hired by DIVVY homes and did absolutely nothing. I had to show him where the filter was for the system. The other guy just sat on whatever hard surface he could find and text on his phone! Then on the 2nd appt (which we never knew we had one) he tried to show up on a Sunday stating he was on his way.
