Extremely disappointing experience. We had been anxiously waiting for weeks for an appointment for my 12-year-old daughter, who has recently been struggling with significant anxiety. The 5 p.m. appointment had been confirmed multiple times, only for us to receive a phone call from the therapist, Rebecca Ketterer, at 6:50 a.m. (!) the morning of the appointment saying it needed to be moved to either 9 a.m. or 3 p.m. that same day—neither of which was possible because my daughter was at camp.
