My family and I love Dr. Crowder! Honestly I wish he would practice medicine somewhere else because the office help is no help! He really needs a new nurse that answers his basic calls because she's kind of useless. No return phone calls means longer delays in treatment. Be cautious because it's the norm through out the whole practice!
I have been treated for a variety of issues over the years. I've always appreciated Dr. Crowders advice and counsel. He takes the time to explain treatment and alternatives. He is the best Doc I have had.
Dr. Crowder was very nice in the hospital, telling us he would take our new baby as a patient. We tried for several days to make an appointment, with the office help offering multiple times to 'call us back.' Finally, after repeated attempts, they told us he wasn't accepting new patients. Waste of time. No matter how good the doctor is, bad office 'help' can render him useless.
