Horrendous! One of the worst doctors out there He needs to be reached out to 5-6 times till he (not him really, but Myriam, his assistant who runs his practice) will respond to a patient's issue. Even for refilling medication! Then he forgets what he prescribed, and doesn't approve refils to medications he prescribed. Really he shouldn't be practicing if he is so burned out at 40 years old and working only 4 days a week! Find yourself another doctor and another practice too.
Find another doctor and clinic. Disinterested. No follow up. Mis managed prescriptions. Administrative staff is not helpful.
Dr De La Cruz has been my primary care doctor for barely a year, but so far he has been a great doctor for me
Dr. De La Cruz has been my GP for a few years now and I really like him. He is solid and we communicate well.
Terrible follow through on apps. Actions. Find another doctor.
