After having worked in the carpet cleaning industry for 27 years myself, I had the opportunity to work alongside Steamway's Aric Kurtz last year. His integrity, work ethic, industry knowledge and customer interaction was in the top 1% of what I have experienced in my career. And I have met the founder of Steamway, an incredible person. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Steamway.
Even though they weren't able to get paint stains from my kids out of my carpet. I love how clean it came out, and what a wonderful job aric? Did to help us come up with ideas to try and get the bigger paint spots out. He was able to get dog smell and kid messes out. First time using j&s but I will continue to use them. Aric was so wonderful very helpful and informative. Was even a winner with my doggies after they came in house lol. Thanks j&s for the wonderful timely job done.

This weekend I had my apartments carpet cleaned for the 2nd time through J&S. I have a multiple pet household and love to maintain a clean/sanitary house hold at all times. My annual carpet cleaning with this company has been very enjoyable. The same employee came out both times (sadly I do not remember his name) and he was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful each time! J&S steamed cleaned my carpets in my apartment. They did a good job, and the carpets look new, and not dusty. A few weeks into living in the apartment, I had bad allergies, and now, it is all gone. Thanks J&S.
Between dogs, cats, birds, kids and a very greasy spousal unit, my carpet has taken a beating. J&S has done such a marvelous job at making them look wonderful again and smell so clean. I have hired them twice now, and never been disappointed. PLUS .. they are really nice guys.
They took a very dirty, lumpy set of cushions and made them look new, it was a set from the 80's that I loved and did not want to discard, and could not afford to have it all redone, well after they cleaned them the set looks almost like new...I never expected this results, it was really like having a new living room set. Until last week I thought I was buying new carpet! J&S proved me wrong - they got puppy stains, odor and the wear tear of 3 boys out of my carpet! Excellent Job!
