They suck at returning phone calls or even bein at the office Iv been tryin to call for a month and nothin
Terrible land lord refused to fix my oven I lived on his property for nine months with my wife and six kids with no oven roof leaking & when summer and rain arrive mold started growing in the home I call and let a message about the problem and my call was ignored not to mention the a/c in the house had a freon leak and needed constant recharging (something else he refused to fix) when it got hot it never got below 75-80 in the house and it never stopped running this man is a slum lord renters in minden and surrounding areas ... read more
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN!!!! Properties are nasty, no repairs made, air conditioners are ancient and go out every few weeks. He is also very rude, and will call you a liar when you remind him of telephone discussions with himself or his staff. He is a money hungry slum lord. Keep looking... anything is better than this man's rental properties!
