Workers get the job done but the customer service that I had the opportunity to deal with was not great. Jocelyn was verbally harsh and rude with how she was speaking. We had called this company as well as a second company to hopefully get something we needed fixed right away fixed because neither company could give us an ETA. After letting Jocelyn know this, she said "We don't play that game."
