I provided a down payment in March for spring work(I gave 1/2 down instead of the 1/3 down to support costs during the virus and to help a local company). It has been difficult receiving a response from the owner on when work will be completed and it is already the end of May. I've requested to cancel the remaining work and receive a refund for work no completed to date. Waiting on a response so I can use the refund to find a new company while hoping it's not too late in the season.
Avoid at all costs. Terrible company to deal with. Reasons Why: 1) incredibly UNRELIABLE. We are on a 2-week mowing schedule and grass is NOT mowed and we are at week 6. It's a jungle out there. 2) impossible to get a hold of. They do not pickup calls at all (only able to leave a voicemail to which they don't reply) or don't check their emails (been trying to reach someone for over 4 weeks) 3) mowers mowed down new fruit tree and flower shrub AND hit a wall in 2017. they do not place things back either like my hose... 4) Tod... read more
