Ok lots of issues with my inspection I had done with this company. 1. Garbage disposal leaked 2. Hood vent in kitchen isn’t even vented at all 3. Roof brace doesn’t even touch (framing issue) 4. Water hose ran through attic isn’t even covered with insulation also is ran over the hvac drain pan 5. Water heater wasn’t even plugged in 6. Cabinet damage 7. Counter top isn’t touching the cabinets below only in corners so it wants to move 8. Drywall cracks everywhere Continue to update as I go and find more things

Excellent experience. Jackson was easy to communicate with and was obviously good at his job. Hellen was knowledgeable about the buying process and provided valuable insight. Because of some particular concerns with the home, I requested inspection with very little notice. They accommodated perfectly. Thanks to both of you, Hellen and Jackson.
