If I could I would give James 10 stars! He is such a kind, generous and honest man who knows diesel engines through and through! The negative reviews on here are baloney. James is a stand up guy and he lays everything out from the start so there are no surprises. Don't go to him with a major problem and expect to get it fixed for free! He charges very fairly and if you're respectful to him he will bend over backwards to fix your vehicle correctly. We will always remember his kindness to our family. 🩷
So.. Direct to the point no nonsense guys! Honest and definitely knowledgeable. We had a rebuild on a 7.3 Ford Diesel in Yuma, what a disaster, after many re-atempts at repairs we headed north to breakdown near Bullhead. We limped to Vegas, found J&S, he told us upfront hates to deal with other people mess but he took it in and 48 hours had the real issue figured out, repaired and were on the road again. Cheap? Took truck in for def problems said I needed a sensor replaced it.Then I was given a price but when I said warranty was paying price mysteriously went up smh. Back to replaced sensor still didnt regen I was told it had all kind of leaks it still won't regen. After 1000 in and still no regen took my truck an ran. Took my truck to another shop in 4 hours called me back truck ready. I was traveling through Vegas and encountered a P0087 fuel rail issue with my 2010 Chevy duramax diesel truck. James was quick to help diagnose the problem and make repair. I was able to get home with me later finding out the root problem was the injectors needing replacement. The P0087 code appeared again with me taking my truck to my hometown diesel mechanic. My mechanic suggested installing a FASS fuel filtration system. He test the fuel system before and after installation and discovered issues with my injectors. Once th... read more
