Since working with them for the past few weeks with Koalafi, I've seen J & S go WAY above and beyond for a customer. They absolutely know their stuff and provide QUALITY work and service.
One of the best diesel mechanics in town! We have been taking our trucks to James for years. It's not always good news when you need a mechanic, but he will give you honest news. He's the only guy my husband trusts. It's a family owned and operated business in Vegas, just like us. James and his wife run an honest business and care about their customers.
I dealt with James at J & S Diesel and he was rude and insulting from the start. He acted like he was doing me a favor letting me be his customer. Then they charge me $636 just to tell me I needed a new transmission. Their bid was $13,000. I’m getting it done somewhere else for $8,600 same transmission from same supplier. If you want to get insulted, treated very rudely, and get ripped off, call James at J & S Diesel. I’ve never been treated so badly by a business for no reason.
