Factory code paint , twice incorrect. Color matching for correctly provided vehicle color info was way off. Blatantly were telling that color looks like it’s matching EVEN WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN - it was too dark - asked to please fix the mixing mistake, they said no. Brought half of the paint back. Personnel is truly uncaring people (Carlos especially) can’t believe these people. They said” well it’s not going to be exact we try to get 80 % there.” What a story.
