I spent $8500 on a new Trane 2010. Today I called at 1:20 asked for a Service call for 3:00 pm because my pan is dripping water at the pvc connection onto my ceiling of my MBR. It is now 7:30 pm and no one has shown up!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL. They acted like they only have one serviceman available to send to Burleson. HORRIBLE!! Still waiting.........

I had a terrible experience. After spending thousands of dollars they said (while under warranty) that I had to pay hundreds more anytime a problem arose (and there were many). I was later informed that the problems were due to improper care by them. I am complaining wherever possible and I would never work with them again. I could never trust them.

Use this company to fix our A/C over the course of two days. Work got done, but every 'service' is ridiculous when it comes to price.

Ive never written a review in my life, but this has made me so angry that I was forced too. I had them come out to check on my air that wasn't blowing cool, they open the vent cleaned out lint, and charged me $150. $75 showing up fee and apparently 75 to remove the lint. 2 weeks later it's not working again, they wave the going out fee and charge 85 dollars just to tell me whats wrong. Which will cost 1345!! I will not ever use them ever again, I have a different company to check now, stay tune to find out how they are actua... read more

I had a misunderstanding with j&s air so i left a poor review and but , after talking with the manager i feel much better .He explained the whole situation to me . They were not trying to pull the wool over my eyes as i first thought. But trying to make sure i was given the best service. They were always courteous when they spoke with me even though i was upset. That just goes to show that when details aren't fully explained miscommunication can and usually happen. J & S Air did a fantastic job. We would definitely do business with them again. They even left a "goodie basket" on our front porch one day just to say Thank You to us for our business!! WOW, not many companies do that kind of stuff anymore.

On Friday, we needed our condenser replaced and the part was out of stock until Monday and a rep brought over a window a/c unit to help keep the house cool until they could work on the on job. One repair technician, Charles was especially empathetic to our needs with us having a 3 year old son and a 14 yr old dog recovering from a stroke. Thank you.

I wanted to let everyone know how happy we are with the service and air conditioning system we had installed by J&S air. Our salesman (Scott) was so knowledgable in his product and took extra time to see that our airconditioning problems would be fixed right. We added additional ducts, enlarged the size going into 2 different rooms as well as another air return vent.
