I could not have been happier with the service that J. Robert Roofing provided for our new roof. They only run a few crews; so, you deal with the same person (the owner) at all phases, and they are on the roof directing the crew when installation is happening. We had a minor issue that was quickly addressed and resolved. We would highly recommend them, and would absolutely use them again.
We had a superb experience with our full roof replacement by J Robert Roofing. We got three bids and Alan had the best price, even with an upgraded Class 4 shingle. He even caulked a cracked pipe on the roof during his bid as a courtesy. Talk about outstanding service! Crews arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up well after the job was complete. Alan was great to work with from start to finish. Highly recommended!
Great work and even better service! The roof looks outstanding. In the meantime, Alan set me up with a chimney guy as well as a metal cutting guy, as my chimney, facia and soffits were having issues. Alan repeatedly would respond to my asks and requests throughout the entire process and more importantly, in a very timely manner. I would recommend Alan and J Robert Roofing to any and everyone.
