J Rick took over my lawn last year from a national company and the service has been exceptional. They are small, local and take care of their customers.
I am writing this to formally express my concern regarding the services provided for my Christmas light installation this season. The lights were installed on December 2. Prior to installation, Ryan provided me with a quote that included both the cost of the lights and labor, which I agreed to based on his assessment. Bought an aerator from Andrew one of the owners and he told me nothing was wrong with it. I used it this week for the first time and it is junk doesn’t work. He lied and I reached out several times and crickets. Do not recommend someone who lies and doesn’t at least have a conversation about it
