I have been having a real challenge with the government of Turkey refusing to accept my birth certificate for some very important business. I had to get an entirely new cert with an 'apostile' - I had never heard of it before. I enlisted the help of a Squirrel Hill notary public, Josh Reisner, to get this done for me. We had to work with two separate state government departments in different cities, and US and international delivery services. My girlfriend and I needed some documents notarized to traverse the awful bureaucratic nightmare that was changing the registration and ownership of a vehicle registered to the deceased in NY to the next of kin in PA. J. Reisner Notary met us at a time and location that was convenient for our schedules (we both work) and he even helped point out that one of the documents we wanted to send was not a legal copy, saving us the hassle of having NY mail it back to us! A+ 10/10 would recommend!

Josh was very responsive and was able to meet with me within 20 minutes of me calling him for notary services. He also provided me with translation services which were completed in less than 24 hours. Excellent people skills. Will certainly keep his number for future notary services!

Great Guy accommodates after work, easy and quick, and he also accepts debit cards which was a major plus for me since if forget to bring cash. We met at Star-bucks had a cup of hot mojo handled business and even enjoyed some side conversation while we finished our coffee. Your a great guy Josh and thanks so much for the help!!
As others have said, Reisner is extremely responsive. He met us on a Sunday evening after we emailed him that morning. Everything was quick and easy. Nice guy too!
