J. Ratch Construction was an outstanding experience. We were diligent in choosing a contractor for a complete reroofing job. Jeff was outstanding to work with and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Job took 10 days including inspections. Cleanup was great. Highly recommend J. Ratch Construction.

Very unhappy with the work that was done on my roof and the owner of the company Jeff Ratch was very upset that I pointed the mistakes out and was very rude and used vulgar language and simply don’t not want to fix the mistakes. He was also yelling at employees doing the work and very rude. After all, we will not be using this company again.

Jeff Ratchford just replaced our 47 year old tile roof. We had leaks during the storms and Jeff responded quickly to our call for an estimate. Our old roof was solid but didn’t have any underlayment and the original paper had disintegrated. Jeff went over our options with us and we decided to do a full replacement with new tiles. This past Thanksgiving, we discovered water that had accumulated on a shelf in the garage during a storm. After investigating in the attic, we suspected that the water was coming from a leak in the roof valley above, as there was a lot of leaf accumulation. We contacted a few roofing companies, but Jeff was the only one that could come out the following day. Upon removing the concrete tiles in the roof valley, dry rot was discovered, causing the leak.
