Would not recommend buying any products from them. Cheap, junk. Especially their softwashers and waterfeds. Go buy one from anywhere else.
My experiences here have always been smooth sailing. This time I was switching things up a little bit in my products and from Jennifer to Kaitlyn to Kyle, They were all 3 SUPER knowledgeable and SUPER helpful!! Highly recommend.
Website is absolute garbage can’t even order anything properly. Everytime I click to check my cart all the items are gone. Every time I try to check out it won’t let me press checkout. Extremely frustrated.

Sales person is selling, but not diving in a details to see if this is a best fit for you. So you have to be very knowledgeable about your need before buying anything here.
