Used them in the past and everything was fine. Ordered a part from them recently. Billing and shipping was fine but the wrong part arrived. It’s only a $15 part but with $15 dollar shipping. This was their mistake! They shipped me a mystery part and Doug told me “I could ship it back for a credit”. As if I wasn’t needing the part for work asap. Last time I’ll be doing business with them! Excellent Customer service. I ordered a new chemical product and unfortunately it didn't live up to the hype. Jenni from J Racenstein asked me a series of questions to ensure I used the product correctly. After confirming that I did, she kindly provided a credit and helped me pick out some substitute products. Likely it was a bad batch. Would not recommend buying any products from them. Cheap, junk. Especially their softwashers and waterfeds. Go buy one from anywhere else.

My experiences here have always been smooth sailing. This time I was switching things up a little bit in my products and from Jennifer to Kaitlyn to Kyle, They were all 3 SUPER knowledgeable and SUPER helpful!! Highly recommend.
