Sold some gold and silver here. Was quoted 5% back of spot over the phone, but when I got there he was closer to 6%. When counting out the cash he would try and short every other thousand by $100 by counting quickly. I got the impression was trying to play it slick. I doubt I'll return to this business again since I don't feel the jeweler was conducting himself in an honest manner.
