I had an excellent experience at J R Watch & Jewelry Repair. I brought in my Esquire watch after taking it to another shop to have the battery changed. They told me the issue wasn’t the battery and that there was a problem with the watch that would be quite expensive to repair. Rather than go ahead with the repair, I decided to get a second opinion.
