Mr Marl was extremely helpful and J&R Tractor's Customer Service is off the charts!!! Knew where I lived and so kindly delivered our snowblower to us!!! Another time he helped a damsel in distress when I broke our riding lawn mower!!! 10 Stars isn't enough!!! A++++
