I ordered a $5000 Toro mower from Home Depot. It was sent to J&R for assembly and "white glove" delivery. The gentleman was very nice who dropped it off and went over the basics of the mower. When he left I mowed for about 10 minutes and the deck belt started to smoke and broke. I called J&R (less than an hour after drop-off) and told them what happened.
