I used Burt for a residential remodeling project and would never recommend him to anyone I know. Twice I came home and he was gone for the day and there was water leaking into the house. He replaced the toilet on a Friday but it wouldn't flush. When I called him that night, he told me he didn't work weekends, so I had to use the gas station all weekend.
