I took my 6 month old son there, because he had fallen and couldnt move his leg. The young immature doctor told me to take him home and give him Tylenol. My husband insisted on making them do X rays. After doing the x-rays they discovered he had a fratured leg. And told me to take him to Baptist Hosiptial. If I had known they couldnt of helped him anyways, I would have taken him straight There. Now I am stuck paying 2 hospital bills and an ambulance ride, which they required he take. I will never go back there
Great Experience. I had out patient foot surgery performed by Dr. Stauffer. Everyone was courteous and competent. Things went smoothly and my foot is improving with each passing day.Thanks so much to the staff at Jr Jones Medical Center!!
Never go to this hospital during the day. The dr there on days has no common sense and treats you like your an idiot. Been there with her telling me there is nothing wrong. Gone elsewhere to find out there was. Waste of time. The only good drs are there only at night and are male. If you broke a bone however, dont barther going there, they will only send you to a real hospital for repair.
I have taken my children to this facility more than once and they have been more than helpful. The staff were attentive when we arrived even though we had to sit in the lobby for a while after we were initially seen. Thanks JR Jones!

My son has to have allergy shots twice a week and was informed that we could go there since it was closer than the office in winston salem. On average it takes 1-2 hours to get them done and you are stuck out there with every sick patient that is there. I have three children and it take 5 minutes to get the shot ready and give it. I am switching back to the practice in winston because it takes less time to take him across town and back than it does to take him there. Great place to go if you wan na get misdiagnosed. The staff is no good an d are very u nprofessional. Thanks for the lack of medical attention.
I have had nothing but wonderful service here. They saved my mothers life. She was in Resp distress when she came in, they took her back and starting breathing treatments right away. After geting her stable she was transferd to a local hospital where she had a 2 week stay. I really believe if they had not been there for us it would have been a lot worse. I have a personal experience as well, I came in with an injured ankle..I was given a wheelchair right away and was xrayed and out within a hour! I recommend this palce to an... read more
