The staff at JR Jones Medical Center in King, NC are wonderful. They treat you with much care and respect. The center is kept clean and neat. The knowledge they portray to their patients is superb. This was the 3rd time I have used this center for outpatient surgery and it has only gotten better each time. Thanks to all who work there and to Dr. Stauffer who chooses to practice there.

I went to this "hospital" with bronchitis. There were 3 people ahead of me. All went back. 3 hours later, and 2 new people going in ahead of me, I FINALLY got to a room. The nurse was hostile, just walked me through the door, said 1st bed on right and was gone. Dr came in, looked in my nose, listened to the front of my chest (Though I complained about pain in back) told me he assumed bronchitis, went to write antibiotic and was gone. Never go to this hospital during the day. The dr there on days has no common sense and treats you like your an idiot. Been there with her telling me there is nothing wrong. Gone elsewhere to find out there was. Waste of time. The only good drs are there only at night and are male. If you broke a bone however, dont barther going there, they will only send you to a real hospital for repair.
Great Experience. I had out patient foot surgery performed by Dr. Stauffer. Everyone was courteous and competent. Things went smoothly and my foot is improving with each passing day.Thanks so much to the staff at Jr Jones Medical Center!!
My son has to have allergy shots twice a week and was informed that we could go there since it was closer than the office in winston salem. On average it takes 1-2 hours to get them done and you are stuck out there with every sick patient that is there. I have three children and it take 5 minutes to get the shot ready and give it. I am switching back to the practice in winston because it takes less time to take him across town and back than it does to take him there. Horrible Experience! I went with back pain to JR Jones. After sitting in the waiting room for 2 HOURS in extreme pain, they finally took me back. Then, after sitting in the exam room for almost 45mins, the "Doctor" came in and basically told me that they could not do much for me because "they are not a big fancy hospital with an MRI machine" Then, I sat in the exam room for 30 mins before the nurse took me back for x-rays.
