I can’t say enough about the J & R Herra team! Our furnace has had a mind of it’s own these past few weeks. From the office staff to the technicians that have to come to the house, they have all been so kind and accommodating. When the furnace fix proved to be more than anticipated, J & R Herra went above and beyond to make sure the job was complete and done right. You can’t go wrong having J & R Herra take care of your home’s needs!

We had a great experience with J&R Herra today! Vincent was our technician. He was prompt and friendly. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly and educate us on how to best use our geothermal system. We look forward to using their services in the future.
Last night one of our pipes burst, thanks to this extremely cold 48 hours, sending a lot of water into the basement. We called a few plumbers, and J & R Herra called us back very quickly and had suggestions on what to do until someone could get here. They called us first thing this morning, and someone was here before 10am! Less than an hour later, our water was back up and running in the house! These guys are amazingly professional, and actually care about their clients. Would recommend again and again.
We hired J&R Herra for projects twice in the last 2 years. Their customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable. Yesterday we woke up and our furnace was out, temp down to 45 in our house. J&J was there by 9:30am. They provided a solution and the heat was back on by 11:30.
These guys are awesome! Super-friendly office staff, as well as technicians. They are very knowledgeable, and they work very hard to try and accommodate my schedule, and I always know the work is performed at the highest level of quality. Do yourself a favor, and welcome these guys into your family. You won’t be disappointed!

Don’t use this company unless you have all the time in the world to wait on your project being completed. We have had our product in our garage for 3 weeks now. This is Now the second time where Brian herra does not respond to emails or phone calls . Such poor communication and shame on us for giving him a second try after doing some work for us earlier in the year which took months . He had some great excuses last time can’t wait to hear what it is this time.
