John Pruett came to my house and performed a service call this week and did an amazing job. He explained everything he was as doing when rodding the pipe and asked how exactly I wanted stuff placed when put beck together. He went above and beyond on clean up and was very friendly.

Had a sump pump system glitch Saturday night at 10:30pm knocking out BOTH sump pumps. With all the rain that weekend and more rain to come, a flooded basement was imminent. We called J&R Herra and their technician came to our house in less than 30 minutes. He had a temporary pump installed and running before midnight. They will follow up Monday to fix the original system when parts are available. This is just one example of my experiences with J&R Herra’s services that makes them as the first people I call.

Great service. Scheduled a cleaning quickly and they always do a great job! They installed a difficult HVAC system in a ceiling and it works very well. Highly recommend.
We had a new Bathtub put in. They were great. Ran into problems that were not expected but they handled it with no complaints. I would like to thank Jason, Marcus and Brian and the rest of the crew for a fantastic job.
