J&R Collision in Shelbyville is great!! They went above and beyond for my son's car. Great people! They care about their customers.
Absolutely the best experience you could have in the body repair/collision world. This company knows how to handle people and get the job done, right. Never a question in the integrity of their work. Lifetime warranty on their work, and they handled everything! making the "process" seamless and kept us posted on the progress along the way. If you call the Effingham facility ask for Scott and be assured you are in good hands.
I hear a lot of good things from here but they can't help me. My 95 #Tacoma is junk because the frame rusted through and nobody will touch it. Of course #Toyota refused to help too knowing they screwed up: Toyotas that are made across seas do not put a special coating on the frame like the ones made in the states. U. S. A. Made toyotas plan for the salt that is used on our roads but imports are not. #BeAdvised, check for this on your next vehicle purchase. I'm stuck with junk

Regarding the Shelbyville facility. Exceptional customer service and quality of work! Not only did we get our vehicle back in only a few days but we found our vehicle had been cleaned and detailed inside. Wow! Thank you so much!!! We highly recommend them.
